To operate, connect the Mini DisplayPort interface to the host device and attach your existing HDMI cable from the display to the adapter. The unit converts the Mini DisplayPort signal to HDMI at up to UHD 4K (4096 × 2160) @ 60 Hz. Support for the 4:4:4 color format ensures true RGB reproduction without the chromatic degradation associated with subsampled formats. Additionally, the adapter transmits up to 8-channel audio, providing an immersive audiovisual experience.
